One page "Special Orders No. 29" written from "Head Qrs Dept of Puebla" on May 19, 1848. Order assigns three officers to "investigate and report upon certain Public Property" to be presented by a Surgeon at the General Hospital. Officers include Lt "Frank Wheeler of the 2nd Ills Vols." In fine condition with wear as shown in the scan. Three posting holes along left hand side affecting nothing. $75.00 plus shipping
